Co-founder

G.S. Mahapatra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master’s of Technology in Applied Operations Research, and an MBA in Finance. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India (ICMAI) and has a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Statistics. He pursued his Fellowship in Supply Chain Engineering from the Indian Institute of Management, Mumbai (formerly known as NITIE), and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS. In addition to his academic qualifications, he is a Life Member of several esteemed professional organizations, including the Indian Institute of Metals and the Indian Institute of Materials Management.

Mr. Mahapatra is a recognized expert in Supply Chain Sustainability, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Reporting, and ESG Risk Management. His expertise extends across sustainable business practices, climate risk management, and corporate responsibility. He is skilled in developing strategies that help businesses optimize their supply chains for both economic efficiency and environmental impact reduction, while aligning with global sustainability standards. His focus also includes ESG risk identification, ensuring that companies can manage potential social, environmental, and governance risks proactively to mitigate adverse impacts.

With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Mahapatra has served in leadership roles across industries in India, the U.S., Europe, and the Asia Pacific region. Prior to founding his company, he worked with leading firms such as BearingPoint USA (KPMG Consulting), Deloitte Consulting LLP (USA), HP (USA), Wipro Technologies, Vedanta Limited, SAIL, and Tech Mahindra, helping organizations transform their operations with a focus on sustainability, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.

Chief Strategy Officer

Sanujeet has worked 25+ years in Strategy and Advisory, in Nordics, in firms like CapGemini Ernst&Young, IBM business services, EVRY consulting, Cognizant etc. His expertise spans Strategy development, Process improvement, Cost reduction etc. accross several Industry sectors. Currently helping clients with navigating CSRD challenges.

He has a Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering and and a Master’s of Technology degree in Applied Operations Research.

Chief Business Officer

Murty is an Engineering, Technology, Management, Consulting & Auditing professional with more than 25 years of progressive experience specializing in Manufacturing, IT Strategy, IS Security & Risk Management, Cloud Solutions, SAP and Management Systems Assessments. He has more than a decade of global experience in North America, Europe & Asia on various consulting engagements with a clear focus on business outcome & client satisfaction. Some of companies he served are IBM, SUN Microsystems, SAIL, TPSI and start-up companies. He is also a motivational speaker & School Improvement Coach who encourages needy students for better career path.

He has a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and is alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Bangalore. He holds many professional qualifications such as CISA, CCCSP, ADCL, CCSK, CBE, IAQG-AA, ISO LA. Murty is the first consultant to receive the prestigious honor of "IBM Consultant Certified" from Global Delivery (GD) business unit of IBM Global Business Services (GBS). He holds life membership of various professional bodies such as ISACA, CSI, IMCI, IIM, IIMM, IIIE & ORSI.

Chief Data Officer

Dipali Mahapatra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, a Master’s in Statistics, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration. With a profound expertise in Data Science and Applied Statistics, she has specialized in harnessing data to drive Sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives. Her areas of interest include Data Analytics for ESG Reporting, Sustainable Operations, Data Mining for Environmental Impact Assessment, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Quantum Computing. Dipali is particularly passionate about using advanced analytics and operational research techniques to support businesses in reducing their carbon footprint, optimizing resource usage, and integrating sustainable practices into decision-making processes.

With more than a decade of experience in Data Science, Data Engineering, and Statistical Computations, Dipali has led various high-impact projects that integrate data-driven insights with sustainability goals. Her expertise lies in developing and implementing ESG metrics and building models for predictive analytics to forecast climate risks and assess social impact. She has worked extensively in data engineering for sustainable development, helping organizations create scalable solutions that optimize energy usage, reduce waste, and comply with global sustainability standards.

Before joining the company, she served as the Chief Information Officer at Girnis Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd., where she played a key role in driving digital transformation and implementing data solutions for clients focusing on environmental sustainability, regulatory compliance, and resource optimization. Her leadership in this role helped the firm align its technological strategies with the growing need for ESG data analytics and sustainable business practices.

Prof. Chiranjit Mukhopadhyay
Indian Institute of Science

Prof. Mukhopadhyay is Professor of Statistics in Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He holds B-Stat (Hons.) and M-Stat from Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta and Ph.D. in Statistics from University of Missouri, Columbia, USA.
His primary area of work are in Applied Statistics in Management Sciences, Bayesian Statistics and MCMC.

Cmd. Sarat Chandra Dash
Retd. Commander Indian Navy

Sarat Chandra Dash is a retired commander from Indian Navy. He holds bachelor of engineering in Electronics Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Allahabad and MBA from ICFAI Business School.

In 26 years of professional career he served in various engineering and administrative positions in Indian Navy and later joined senior management position in Bristlecone Consulting. His primary area of interest are in Algorithmic Trading, Financial Econometrics, Management Sciences, Fuzzy Systems and Expert Systems.

Abhijit Ghatak
IoT, Big Data, Machine Learning Consultant and author

Abhijit Ghatak is a renowned IoT, Big Data, Machine Learning Consultant and author. He holds BS (Mechanical Engineering) from Jadavpur University, MS (Mechanical Engineering) from Pune University and MS (Business Intelligence and Analytics) from Stevens Institute of Technology, USA.

He retired as Chief Engineer of Naval submarines after serving in Indian Navy for 20 years. Later he worked in IBM, DNV Group and TU Delft before moving into AI/ML consulting and book writing. He is the author of leading seller “Machine Learning with R” and upcoming “Deep Learning with R”

His primary area of interest are in Big Data, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing and IoT.
